To schedule and shoot your appointment, deliver your media, send booking confirmations and reminders, and answer your questions. That is the whole list.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. We do not share your information with anyone except the services below that make the business run.
If you tick the box when you book, we may text you from 571-586-9919 about your shoot: confirmations, reminders, running-late notices, questions about gate codes and lockboxes, and a note when your photos are ready. No marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.

Media from shoots may appear in our portfolio and marketing, the same way it appears in the samples on this site. If you would like a property removed, email us and we will take it down.
Virginia residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email brian@brightpeakproductions.com and we will handle it, usually the same day.
